Prof Cihan Cobanoglu, McKibbon Endowed Chair Professor at the University of South Florida and the co-chair of the Global Conference on Services and Retail Management (GLOSERV) announced that Prof Jonathan Reynolds, Deputy Dean and Associate Professor of the Said Business School at the University of Oxford will deliver the keynote speech on May 12, 2021.

Prof Reynolds will talk in his keynote about the already changing environment for retail industry and the impact of COVID-19 on the future of retail industry.
