Prof Cihan Cobanoglu made a video presentation at the Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey on December 12, 2018. The forum aimed to discuss new technologies, namely Industry 4.0 developments in hospitality and tourism. Invited speakers introduced new technologies in the hospitality and tourism industry and discussed the implications for the staff, managers and guests of the hospitality industry.
